gafferDesigns has a number of reference sites from which you can judge the style of work we have completed for our clients.

gafferDesigns has designed and maintains the Civil Liberties Australia site. This site requires frequent updating with new content covering some 45+ individual category pages supporting nearly 600* search engine indexed URL's. The site also utilises its own search engine, is linked to a client maintained calendar of events, supports RSS, runs min-polls, utilises a number of mysql databases, membership form and has a number of 'email us' style programs. The Home page has a two column newspaper styled layout while other pages adopt a more traditional single column layout.
In 2009 Civil Liberties Australia undertook its first electronic annual general meeting and voting in a process designed and managed by gafferDesigns - some 60% of the membership participated in on-line voting.

gafferDesigns has also designed a separate campaign site for Civil Liberties Australia - CensorFree. This site is designed to engage visitors by informing them of the campaign, its issues and encourages them to participate in the campaign by using site based email an MP/Minister campaigns, write a letter and forums.

gafferDesigns undertook a re-design and development role for the Dying with Dignity NSW based on its brief of requirements. The site is maintained by gafferDesigns and is regularly updated with new articles and information for the benefit of its members and the public. The site currently has in excess of 450* search engine indexed URL's; the site also has its own search engine.
Dying with Dignity's earlier site, under the name of Voluntary Euthanasia Society of NSW, was also design, developed and maintained by gafferDesigns .

gafferDesigns has also re-designed and maintains the site for the Weston Creek Community Council. gafferDesigns has incorporated a number of features for the Council that: include email newsletter sign-up; providing community feedback on articles; community calendar; sharing of articles; and RSS feeds. These changes enable the web site to better serve the community and encourage interaction with the Council through the web site. By establishing the web site as a strong communication medium, the Council is also looking to achieve increased efficiencies into its operation.
